Flickr in Windows Life?

So Microsoft finally akquires Yahoo. That means my flickr account (which is now a Yahoo aaccount) becomes finally a Microsoft account. When they rise the fees, I’m leaving the service. Time to think about backups.

    Did you finally think about backups in the meantime? I also have a remarkable number of photos hosted on flickr, and a backup is not that bad idea, I think. But downloading them all by hand is a real stupid challenge. So did you come across some “flickr backup solution” or something?

    not yet. But currently yahoo shows no intention to merge with Microsoft anyway. Stay cool and wait. Or use iPhoto on your laptop as primary picture database.
